And The Commission Says...
This elective surveys the Real Estate Commission's position on various issues as portrayed in articles published in their Bulletin. Licensees admit to not reading most of the Bulletin-though most admit to reading the section "Disciplinary Action". The Bulletin along with the Update Courses are the greatest vehicles the NC Real Estate Commission has to communicate law and rule changes.

This course attempts to share the multitude of information surrounding the following 7 headline issues: Material Facts, Brokerage, Compensation, Contracts, Trust Funds, Property Management and Miscellaneous But Need To Know.

And The Court Said...

This course is designed as a Risk Management Learning System. Each case described has gone before the North Carolina Court of Appeals. Thus use the path traveled by fellow NC real estate brokers as a means of learning what to do and what not to do in NC real estate transactions. We will discuss topics such as Misrepresentation, Contracts, New Construction, Property Management, Compensation Issues, and Financial Issues.
