General Update Course (GENUP)*SOLDOUT*

The 2023-2024 General Update (GENUP) Course is a four (4) hour course that must be completed by all general brokers who wish to renew their licenses on active status on July 1, 2024, for the 2024-2025 license year.

The Commission recommends instructional time be dedicated to each section, as follows:

Section 1: NCREC Top Complaints
Section 2: NCREC On Your Side FAQ’s
Section 3: Challenges of a Changing Market
Section 4: Legislative Desk: Law & Rule Updates
Section 5: Lifestyles Desk: Licensing & Education

“Instructions for entering the Zoom class will be emailed 1-2 days prior to the start of class.”
