Topics addressed in this course include a review of agency relationships in real estate sales transactions and a real estate agent's legal duties to clients and customers, a step-by-step review and discussion of the functions and responsibilities of a real estate agent when working with residential sellers and buyers, a review of issues associated with agent compensation and agents changing firms, and a review of license status and education issues.

10/1/2018 8:30:00 AMPre-Licensing (Henion)This 75-hour course (including examination) consists of instruction in basic real estate principles and practices, including real estate law, financing, brokerage, closing, valuation, management, taxation and mathematics. Also included is instruction on construction, land use, property insurance, and the North Carolina Real Estate License Law and Rules/Regulations of the North Carolina Real Estate Commission. Satisfactory completion of this course will qualify the student to take the North Carolina real estate broker license examination.

and 8:30-1PM October 17 this is the final exam date.
