General Update (GENUP) Courses
The 2026-2027 General Update (GENUP) Course is a four (4) hour course that must be completed by all general brokers who wish to renew their licenses on active status on July 1, 2027, for the 2026-2027 license year.
The Commission recommends instructional time be dedicated to each section, as follows:

- NCREC Frequently Asked Questions
- Fake Sellers
- Fair Housing
- Law and Rules Update
- Licensing & Education
