Raleigh has recently seen an increase in property surveys with fake seals or surveyor names. Many of these come from outside companies. Only surveys made by a licensed surveyor or engineer will be accepted for permits. If you think your survey might be fake, you can check the name or
If you know the license number, enter only that. Otherwise, search by name. You may use an asterisk in the name as a wildcard. For example, the search string "John*Smith" will return everyone named John Smith regardless of their middle initial.
