Contracts and Closing
Topics addressed in this course include selected basic contract law concepts, real estate sales contract preparation, sales contract procedures, buyer’s due diligence, closing procedures, real estate settlement procedures act, closing disclosure preparation, contracts for deed, options and select real estate license status and education issues.
Tuition does NOT include textbook.
North Carolina Real Estate Manual must be purchased separately. The recommended on-line version may be purchased through the NC Real Estate Commissions web site at On-Line Textbook. The same textbook is used for all three Broker Postlicensing courses.

Kaplan proctoring services will provide virtual proctoring over the internet for you to take your final exam according to North Carolina state requirements.
Please be aware that you must have access to the internet, a webcam, and a microphone prior to scheduling your exam (mobile devices cannot be used). It is also recommended that you use Google Chrome for the best experience in the virtual proctoring classroom.
Once you have verified that your system is capable of running the virtual proctoring environment you can call Kaplan Customer Support to schedule your exam.
