General Update Course (GENUP)*LIMITED SEATING REMAINS*

The 2024-2025 General Update (GENUP) Course is a four (4) hour course that must be completed by all general brokers who wish to renew their licenses on active status on July 1, 2025, for the 2025-2026 license year.

The Commission recommends instructional time be dedicated to each section, as follows:

• Environmental Material Facts,
• NCREC Frequently Asked Questions,
• Permits,
• Education Update, and
• Law and Rules Update
